Terra Ceia Movers provides a variety of moving and storage services, including but not limited to:

• Long-Distance Moving
• Commercial Moving
• Residential Moving
• Moving and Storage Solutions

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking: To schedule our services, a booking must be made through our website, phone, or email. A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Payment: The full payment for moving services must be made before or upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on the invoice.
• Estimates: Estimates provided are non-binding and based on the information available at the time of the quote. Any changes in the scope of work (e.g., additional items, unexpected delays, etc.) may result in an adjusted final price.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing Accurate Information: You must provide accurate details about the items being moved, the destination address, and any special requirements.
• Preparation for the Move: It is your responsibility to ensure that all items are packed properly and are ready for loading on the scheduled moving date. We can assist with packing services for an additional fee.
• Access to Property: You are responsible for ensuring that the moving crew has clear and safe access to both the origin and destination properties. Any obstacles, such as narrow hallways, lack of parking, or elevators, should be communicated beforehand.
• Permits and Permissions: If parking or access permits are required for loading or unloading, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain them.

5. Liability and Damages

• Liability for Loss or Damage: Terra Ceia Movers will exercise all reasonable care to ensure the safe transport of your items. However, we are not liable for damages to items that are improperly packed, or for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.
• Valuation and Insurance: We provide basic valuation coverage for your belongings during transport. This coverage may be limited, and customers are encouraged to discuss additional insurance options for full protection of their goods. Customers may also choose to arrange third-party insurance for high-value items.

6. Storage Services

• Temporary Storage: If you choose to use our storage services, your items will be stored in a secure, climate-controlled facility. We are not liable for any loss or damage to items in storage beyond the basic valuation coverage.
• Storage Fees: Storage fees are separate from moving fees and are charged based on the amount of space occupied and the duration of storage. Fees must be paid monthly or as agreed in writing.
• Duration of Storage: You must remove your items from storage by the agreed-upon date. Failure to do so may result in additional storage fees.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may result in a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling a move is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if the move is rescheduled.

8. Unforeseen Circumstances

Terra Ceia Movers is not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, inclement weather, strikes, or other emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize any delays and keep you informed of any changes to the scheduled moving date.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Terra Ceia Movers, its employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Injury or damage caused by improperly packed items.
• Failure to provide accurate information or access to the moving location.
• Delays or damages resulting from events beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Terra Ceia, FL.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised Terms will become effective upon posting. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated Terms.
